Availability and Vacancy Analysis

Under Analytic Search look for Kansas City only and then ‘get results’. This search should return over 17,000 properties, accounting for all properties in KC. Go to ‘print reports’ and then select “vacancy and availability analysis’ which is under analytic reports. It will give you an option to customize the page by sorting the report. Select by ‘proprty type’ and by ’submarket’ and then generate the analysis.
